How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping is usually estimated at 5–10 business days after processing, depending on the supplier, carrier, product availability, and delivery location.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, when tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Can my order arrive in multiple packages?
Yes. Some products may ship separately if they come from different suppliers or warehouses. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has started processing or shipped.
What is your return window?
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Contact us through the Contact page or email support@allstartrainingnetwork.com. Please include your order number, name, item being returned, reason for return, and photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Are digital programs or memberships refundable?
ASTN digital training programs, memberships, trials, video content, downloadable materials, and online access purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, unless required by law or approved by ASTN.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the order and help work toward a solution.
Are these products selected for youth athletes?
Yes. ASTN Performance Gear focuses on simple training gear for developing athletes, including speed, agility, strength, recovery, and training essentials.
