Thank you for shopping with ASTN Performance Gear. We work to provide simple, reliable training gear for developing athletes and their families.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or supplier delays.

Shipping Time

Standard shipping is typically estimated at 5–10 business days after the order has been processed. Some items may arrive sooner or later depending on the supplier, carrier, product availability, and delivery location.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer standard shipping options shown at checkout. Any shipping cost, if applicable, will be displayed before the order is completed.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, customers will receive a tracking number by email once the order has shipped. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may ship in separate packages if items come from different suppliers or warehouses. If this happens, customers may receive more than one tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has started processing.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

Shipping delays may happen due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, supplier processing, or other circumstances outside of our control. If a package appears lost or has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will help review the order status.
