Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with ASTN Performance Gear. We want families to feel confident when ordering training gear for their athletes.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition it was received, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on items that are:

• Used or damaged after delivery
• Missing original packaging
• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Digital products, memberships, training programs, or downloadable content
• Items returned without prior approval

Return Approval

To start a return, customers must contact us first through our Contact page or by email at support@allstartrainingnetwork.com.

Please include:

• Order number
• Customer name
• Item being returned
• Reason for return
• Photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos so we can review the issue and work toward a solution.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify the customer whether the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow time for the bank or payment provider to post the refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect or defective item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges when inventory is available. If an exchange is not available, a refund may be issued for approved returns.

Digital Products and Memberships

ASTN digital training programs, memberships, trials, video content, downloadable materials, and online access purchases are not physical products and are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, unless required by law or approved by ASTN.
